Nicole Ricaurte is a first generation Colombian American and licensed financial professional with over a decade of experience in the financial industry. After beginning her career in banking, she transitioned into financial planning in 2020 with a mission to help individuals, families, and business owners build, protect, and grow their wealth through education and personalized strategies.

Beatriz Rua has a background in Systems and Operations Management, along with Business Development.

Dr. Geena Ildefonso and Dr. Tolu Omokehinde are scientists turned entrepreneurs, and financial educators who believe every family deserves access to the knowledge needed to build a stronger future.

With more than 20 years of combined education, scientific training, and research experience, Geena and Tolu spent years learning how to study complex systems and solve difficult problems. Along the way, they realized that one of the most important systems families are expected to navigate money is rarely explained in a clear, practical, or welcoming way.

That realization became personal and ultimately led them to a new mission: helping families understand their finances before a crisis, major life change, or missed opportunity forces them to.

Today, they lead a growing financial education and wealth-building organization serving families, professionals, entrepreneurs, and communities across the country. For Geena and Tolu, this work is about more than numbers. It is about changing family conversations, expanding what people believe is possible, and making sure financial education feels like something everyone can understand and access.

Hello my name is Michael Stevens and I’m a SMD with Virtuity, not stopping there! Got my eyes on the next promotion! I come from 11 years in radiology before quitting my career job and running my own business here full time just after a year in a half. I got introduced here back in 2019 and I’ve always had that passion in helping others, now I get to do that outside a health care setting, when I want and wherever I want. No family left behind!

Stephany Gutierrez transitioned from the classroom to the boardroom, bringing her gift for teaching into the world of wealth building and leadership development. With over a decade of experience she has brought those skills into the financial industry to ensure people are taking all the correct steps towards creating their dream life.

Mig is a man who is deeply intentional with his leadership, how he develops others, how he builds effective teams, how he raises up other leaders, and how he creates a culture of excellence. His passion is in being part of a winning team, and in revolutionizing and modernizing industries.

He’s built multiple successful companies, and most recently helped Blue Hammer Roofing in Dallas Texas experience massive growth with: 1st year growth of $10.5 million in revenue, 3rd year growth of just shy of $50 million in revenue. And after 5 and 1/2 years his company did a little under $300 million in revenue, with total cumulative growth of just under $1 billion (That's billion with a B).

He has been fortunate enough to do 2 private equity deals for his businesses and has helped to purchase 8 companies, but the thing he is most proud of is building over 100 new millionaires because it’s not fun at the top alone.

Now together they have built a life insurance agency of over 75 life insurance agents and they are excited to share with you the Beauty of Life (Insurance) and financial education.
